Avignonesi is Italy’s largest biodynamic winery. Lead by Virginie Saverys who spearheaded the drive to organic and biodynamic viticulture. Her aim is to make distinct, genuine wines in sympathy with the environment, using 100% estate grown grapes from the hillside vineyards of this historic wine region of south-eastern Tuscany.
